Andrew Da Silva is a dedicated attorney with a strong focus on family law and social justice. He graduated from Rutgers Law School, in Newark, NJ, in 2023. At Rutgers Law, he was on the Dean’s List and his work was recognized with multiple honors, including the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship for excellence in the study of family law and the Askin Student Caregiver Scholarship. Andrew also earned the Maida Public Interest Fellowship, the Rutgers Law School Merit Scholarship, and the Carol and Paul Miller Scholarship for the 2020-2021 academic year.

While in law school, Andrew served as both a Civil Procedure Teaching Fellow and a Research Assistant for Professor Suzanne Kim. He was also a Child Advocacy Clinic Fellow under Professor Randi Mandelbaum, gaining valuable experience in child advocacy and family law.

Prior to relocating to Wyoming, Andrew worked as a family defense attorney at the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Office of Parental Representation, where he represented parents in child welfare cases. Before becoming an attorney, Andrew practiced as a social worker in multiple capacities relating to youth and families.

Andrew’s dual expertise in law and social work allows him to provide empathetic and effective legal support to his clients. He holds a Master of Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, Newark.
