Mandy Green

Associate

Mandy is an associate attorney at Woodhouse Roden Ames & Brennan, where she is passionate about serving as a legal advocate and counselor to her clients.

While attending the University of Wyoming College of Law, Mandy honed her litigation and transactional law skills interning with both our Firm and the contract attorneys at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. She also explored Wyoming’s unique position as an ideal forum for business and cryptocurrency law and worked directly with clients in the Business Planning Practicum. Additionally, Mandy studied emerging issues associated with nominating a professional fiduciary (like a bank or professional trustee) to serve under a general financial power of attorney.

Before law school, Mandy worked as a paralegal and office administrator at a boutique estate planning firm, where she drafted legal documents and oversaw trust and estate administration. In her role as an office administrator, she was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff. She also modernized the firm’s systems and later adapted these systems to support remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. This experience gave her valuable insight into client care and business operations, which enables her to provide exceptional service and informed advice to her clients.

Beyond her legal career, Mandy is passionate about the outdoors, particularly the wide-open spaces of the Rocky Mountains. A proud horsewoman and optimist, she enjoys camping, snowboarding, and spending time with her family and friends. Always eager to learn, Mandy is committed to growth both in her profession and her personal life.
